Coffee on the porch with Nan

Apple bread to die for... Been making this delicious apple bread for long time, I can't remember when I didn't make it the minute fall rolls in. I vary it slightly if I'm using sweeter apples, I cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups instead of two and I make that 1/2 cup brown sugar. Just adds a bit more zip I guess? Takes almost an hour in the oven but truly worth it.
