Long day today and trying to get ready for our epic yard sale. Still wanted to make something fun for the kids, searched for a recipe that had that oomph, wanted the muffins to rise up and not be slumpy. Found the secret, bake at 450 for 5 minutes and then turn the heat down to 350 for the rest of the time, seemed to work! Took a quick picture before they're all gone, sweets don't last very long in this house. Here's the link if you want to try them, they came out great. Had homemade chicken soup for dinner tonight, it's one of those cool late summer/ early fall days. I think we are slipping into fall and I'm not too thrilled about that.
