Apple bread to die for...
Been making this delicious apple bread for long time, I can't remember when I didn't make it the minute fall rolls in. I vary it slightly if I'm using sweeter apples, I cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups instead of two and I make that 1/2 cup brown sugar. Just adds a bit more zip I guess? Takes almost an hour in the oven but truly worth it. Here's the recipe if you'd like to try it.

Also no one in this house wants nuts in their bread (which makes me sad) so I usually leave them out unless I plan on sitting down with two loaves of it myself. Not a bad idea.
Last night we went to Drag Queen bingo, Scott won bingo and all I got was a picture with Wanda DeGalaxy. Here's a pic of the two of us. That gal can dance!
